Watched it. Weird, and especially so because the victims in this seemed like their own worst enemies, while the attackers were also unfathomably stupid, and the whole lot of them are lucky to be alive. Even the dogs seemed to have no idea what to do. But I guess Colion Noir was unwilling to give them the dressing down that they deserved.
Here's the follow-up: it was a gang of teenagers in Houston who apparently saw Ann-Margret's granddaughter there showing off a Bitcoin wallet to her social media fans and they went there thinking stealing the device would get them the coins. In reality stealing a Bitcoin hardware wallet or a full node or anything else won't get you anything unless you have the password to unlock the wallet and these kids didn't know that. Again, that's why these robberies involve torture. They got caught: https://www.fox26houston.com/news/houston-crime-four-teens-charged-home-invasion-online-streamer

I'm confused, Ann Margret's grand daughter? The victim goes by the name Amouranth and is a big time
multi platform streamer.

I see the resemblance. Depends a lot on which picture though.
Like Pink and Marie Fredriksson of Roxette. Pink doesn't have the same sound but for sure she's got the look.

They might be looking to generate crypto endorsements.
I think they have a connection with a crypto gambling site, so it would make sense to mention crypto.
Supposedly, she makes upwards of 20 million a month. Screenshots of her 20 million in Crypto was a calculated risk for views, I'm sure.
Looks like the risk paid off big time because I had never even heard of this person till now, and I'm sure the same goes for many others. They seem to have done a bunch of interviews regarding this incident.

Yeah...even though people have been sent to jail, any one who knows anything about Amouranth or streamers in general is still a little suspicious the whole thing wasn't staged. This is a horrible example to use for gun advocacy for so many reasons even if it wasn't.
.
Really?????? After watching that, you thought it was staged/scripted?Quote: billryanI thought it looked staged, or at least orchestrated.

I'm not sure how you stage 2 dogs' reactions.
Someone was shot, and police found a blood stream leading to their car.
4 people have been arrested and charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and kidnapping.
The police tracked them down because of a stolen MacBook and a bloodstained to their vehicle.
I assumed conspiracy theorists were the only ones thinking/calling it staged.
I suggest watching and investigating it again, and then asking yourself if you still think it was staged/scripted.

To be fair, I was open to the idea of it being fake until I read that the police arrested the criminals. Police are really sensitive about being jerked around and used in pranks, and if they thought that was what was going on it would have been the couple in the home who got arrested.
You never see the invaders hit the girl, you hear the sounds of gunshots but you never see a gun being fired, and the blood you saw was some stock footage from the Colion Noir video, not actual crime scene photography. The dogs reacted the way they would to a visitor, not an invader. Everything you saw could have been faked, but the cops would not have been fooled by it.

The video is real it was a big story when it happened and was covered by the mainstream, the victim has done
several interviews. I can see how the video can have a synthetic look.

Oh I totally believe it. But the video alone was not enough to convince me. Remember Jussie Smollett was a big story too, wall-to-wall news coverage, everyone in media was at least pretending to believe it as were the police, and it turned out to be total BS once people started looking at it critically.
When the police think you've fired a gun in a crime, the way you get arrested and handled isn't fun, and those kids would have been terrified and explained themselves right away if they were just actors in a prank.

LOL. The going rate for bribing a police officer is a 20th of what Amouranth earns in a bad month. That's easily accomplished.
A bigger barrier would be getting the teenagers to accept jail time. But not insurmountable given they may have been influenced by being part of Amouranth's highly parasocial audience. They are her exact target demographic. I imagine she could find a clueless kid who will volunteer for $250K or even less.Hell she could probably get someone to do it for free if she really wanted, streamer culture is warped.
The publicity from the case is worth multi-millions so it likely would pay off.

18 YOs in a row.
Winning 60-some hands in a row at BJ.
5 single line Royals in a day. (Proven BS)
Beating online and casino roulette daily for many years.
Winning millions for years on baccarat while getting high fives and full-time RFB.
We are graced with all these anomalies on this very forum, plus many more. Imagine that. The odds of that must be astronomical if all those things are true.
I prefer to use some common sense and logic.

She is already making multi-millions of dollars, according to independent reports, but they both think it's a good idea to fake this.
Perhaps you think she had a dry run to see how her dogs would react in that situation.
Perhaps you think she idiotically hired underage teens to help stage this.
Perhaps you think she thought it was a good idea for them to be armed with guns.
Perhaps you think she thought it was a good idea for her BF to shoot someone who was coming around a corner while ducking just in time.
Perhaps you think they risked everything with the possibility of someone being killed.
Perhaps you think she was confident she could pay off the cops.
Perhaps you think they thought EVERYONE would keep their mouths shut no matter what happened.
Perhaps you think she would risk people finding out this was all fake, losing everything, and going to prison, for a moderate boost in profits?
