Quote: GWAEI am surprised they spread them if you leave chips behind and they know that you are coming back.
Here in Connecticut, leaving chips on the blackjack table is highly discouraged. It's just not done. The dealers and floors make it very clear that the casino is not responsible for them. When someone attempts to leave them, it's a dead giveaway that they're not from here.
The procedure is to ask for a lammer which holds your seat for 20 minutes. The clear plastic chip separators are used.

Take a walk over. They're right on Tennessee Ave. They will probably say something along the lines of comps are the casino's property to do with as they please.
Break even players can find their comps frozen, let alone someone showing a profit. What do their records say about you? Your treatment by the pit bosses and floors could be a reaction to something on the computer. Are you showing a lifetime win at the Borg?
Your assignment for today is to obtain a win/loss statement from them. Keep in mind that you may be identifying yourself to them through your posts here. Since you're toast there anyway, I don't see a downside. Carry on.

I want to get into the mix game when it starts so I just called them. I left all my info and they'll hopefully call me back today.

I've actually done it. Borg to Harrah's to what is now the Golden Nugget, past the Marina, down North Carolina Ave past Resorts and onto the Boardwalk. Just me and the 12 year old drug runners on bicycles. No worries, no problems.
Quote: Lemieux66I have no reason to lie, although I might be doing something that's causing heat. I really don't know.
Sorry to rehash this but I had 2 things happen to me the other day and I immediately thought of you Mario. As I said the other day, perception is reality so if you are perceiving heat then to you it is heat.
I walked into a casino at 7am to vulture UX. To get into the casino you have to pass through security that is stationed at the door. As soon as I walk in the security guard says hi and then he immediately flips through a few pages in a binder. I have vultured here a good bit in the last 2 months. First thought I had, hmmm I hope he wasn't seeing if I had a picture in his binder. Then I giggled to myself thinking why would he do that.
2nd thing, I was actually vulturing a machine in the high limit room around 8am. 2 suits and a slot attendant were about 10 feet behind me but I heard them talking. One of them said, well if he gets lucky hopefully he will just it back in another machine. Maybe they were talking about me, but I doubt it. Employees in casinos talk about players all of the time but if you over hear these things it is easy to assume they are talking about you. Maybe in this case they actually were but it is not going to stop me unless they actually tell me to stop.
What is my point you ask? Not sure, just sharing a story.
Quote: Lemieux66There is no perception with me. I got the "shuffle up the cards right now" treatment at Taj and Resorts on Friday. I'm not lying.
Can you add more to the story? Did you just sit down? Were you playing for how long before this? What were your spreads? What were the counts?
How much are you up YTD at both places? What is your history at both places? How is the pizza at Tony's?
Quote: Lemieux66There is no perception with me. I got the "shuffle up the cards right now" treatment at Taj and Resorts on Friday. I'm not lying.
Nobody thinks that you are lying. Everyone just thinks that you are missing something, which you yourself said that you might be.

How many other players were at the table during these shuffle ups?
Quote: 1BBHow many other players were at the table during these shuffle ups?
At resorts it was me and one other. I had a floor guy watching me at the time. I assume waiting until I made a big bet. I finally did(200) which was especially gross since I had to take insurance so I lost both that and the hand. He told the dealer to shuffle up after that hand but I left anyway.
Taj was a similar circumstance, but I was jumping from table to table. I lost a 300 dollar bet also with another guy who bet big. He busted out and left but the count was good and I wanted to keep playing. Floor guy busted in and told the dealer to shuffle so I colored up and left.
So you don't know what would have happened or if this was going to continue.Quote: Lemieux66At resorts it was me and one other. I had a floor guy watching me at the time. I mean in both instances they told the dealer to shuffle. Obviously I would have been restricted to one hand with a small max bet cap and watched like a hawk. They aren't just going to say all this and walk away like nothing happened.
Quote: Lemieux66A woman from the DGE called me back today. I explained the situation and she said they would fight to get my comp dollars back. Borgata does this more than other casinos in her experience(not sure because of stricter policy or volume of players. Maybe both). Generally they unfreeze the comp dollars when the DGE gets involved.
Well, whether or not you were really on their radar before, you're there now. You know you can't play rated there anymore, right?

Quote: FortalezoLemieux, Wow, that's good news to read about, and I'm glad that you have already found the right DGE agent to help you to unfreeze the comp dollars. Please do share with us the Lady DGE agent's contact info, i.e., her first name and her office phone number.
By the way, per DGE's website: for complaints, a victim needs to call 609-984-0909; however, we would prefer to call your lady DGE agent directly for a faster resolution of our complaints.
Further BTW, most DGE agents would attempt to pass the buck. They would tell the victims to hire a lawyer. Hello!!!! Hiring a lawyer to get back $100 comp dollars, UNdoable, right? Your lady agent is unique---just like the late US President Harry S. Truman---the buck stops here!
I'm really not comfortable passing along that information online, but I will let you know the result. It's $323 btw not $100. A significant difference IMO.

I dont get it. I honestly dont. You feel you have a system of counting that allows you to beat the casinos. Most that can do this work very quietly and dont draw attention to themselves. Some make a very good living off of counting and other AP plays and $300 is nothing. Yet you are willing to become a public face for every casino in AC for a little over $300 in comps? And since you post that you believe the casinos have all shared information about you with each other, now they will all know about you and your playing days in NJ are done at BJ. Earning $300 in comps takes a lot of time at the Poker tables as you have stated. Playing that long tells me you have a good sense at Poker, so why risk being told you are not welcome, again for a small amount compared to future potential winnings.
All over $300, sorry $323. Sorry, at the risk of treading a fine line on conduct, I call BS and say you never told the entire story about your play. Or again you are the worst Counter ever and should write a book on how NOT to be a counter. Worse books have sold.

Ok. Wow.
First off, the fact that I do play poker makes me a bit less concerned about the ability to play blackjack in general. I don't need blackjack to make money in this town. I just don't like when things are taken from me.
You also somehow both understate and overstate the $323. Do you really think that $323 will make me a face for card counting. Dude, I'm known already. I get the 10-100 one hand max treatment at Revel and, believe it or not, I got the 5-50 treatment last night at showboat. I can't really do green chip games because it's still 100 max and I can't Wong out. With that said, do you REALLY think that if I get my comps back that Borgata is going to send an APB on me to every other casino? Especially if I don't play there anymore. I doubt it. The person on the phone told me that borgata does this pretty frequently anyway so I think I will be fine.
Sometimes things happen. Sometimes floor people are attentive. It's odd to think all circumstances are the same. It's foolish really.
Quote: Lemieux66I can't really do green chip games because it's still 100 max and I can't Wong out.
Why can't you wong out? They can't force you to keep playing.
Quote: AxiomOfChoiceWhy can't you wong out? They can't force you to keep playing.
You're right, but I'd rather be out during bad counts and play if it gets good again. No mid-shoe. Besides, I would have a 25-100 spread and that's gross.

Actually YOU are the one who stated before that you believed unrelated casinos were calling each other about you.

I said Revel called Borgata. Not vice versa. I have no evidence or reasoning to think that Borgata calls anyone.
Quote: Lemieux66I said Revel called Borgata. Not vice versa. I have no evidence or reasoning to think that Borgata calls anyone.
OK, I got it Revel called Borgata. Why Borgata? Did they know you play there? If so, how? Did they call other casinos in AC? How do they NOT know that you played at other casinos, so if they were concerned for these other casinos, do you think they called them all? After all, it is a brotherhood of casinos and they want to warn each other about suspected card counters, right?
Maybe that is why Revel is doing so poorly, they are so concerned about the other casinos that they failed to worry about their own. And Borgata does well because they don't worry about calling other casinos.
It sounds like I am busting your balls, but I just cant add up your story and have it make sense to me. I have too many years of actual play and observations in AC to believe this is all there is to it. AC just doesn't care about spreads and suspected counters to the level you seem to think they do.
But as I and others have stated, maybe you are just way too obvious and they just don't want to deal with you. Again, why not write a book on everything you do as a card counter to help others avoid the same mistakes or potential problems including the loss of comps. Again, people have made money with much worse BJ books.

AC doesn't care about spreads? Is that why I had a floor manager stand right next to me last night at showboat waiting until I raised my bet to hit me with the red 5-50 sign. Maybe I dreamt that.
If you really followed my story, you would know my original suspicions were based upon a friend of mine. He was playing high limit blackjack by himself one day in Revel(he won 700) and the very next day Borgata took his comps from him. Could be a coincidence. Fine. My first instance of heat anywhere was at Revel. The next day? Got heat at Borgata! My friend and I have never had heat before the Revel incidents and now we do.
Some of the pit bosses/floor managers work in multiple casinos. Word spreads around.
