Many BJ experts claim that 6:5 BlackJack is not even BlackJack, yet Nevada casinos are still allowed to call that carnival game BlackJack .... so what you and I may consider cheating at BlackJack by the casinos is viewed by the Nevada Gaming Commission as just increasing the house advantage.
I read your links, Interesting reading. In particular The parts about gaming control boards actions and positions in regaurd to unbalanced dice.
However comparing 6:5 blackjack to unbalanced dice is a stretch. Using a bias apparatus like dice is definitely cheating. offering a crappy game such as 6:5 blackjack is not. The rules are clearly stated.
Quote: buzzpaffPlease report back if you see any biased dice.
If I feel any Casino that I am playing in has biased dice in AC; I will color up and move immediately to another Casino. That's the beauty of playing in a Casino Town (Vegas, AC, Biloxi, etc), there are lots of options!
If every Casino in AC has biased dice; I'll just drive up to Brooklyn and play Dominoes with my boys. GUARANTEED $$$
Ladies and Gentlemen, the short bus crew has arrived.
After this I had some time after a Blackjack session (about 2 hours) to check things out at Mohegan Sun during July of 2000. What I saw left me skepitcal of ever tossing dice there.
My own record indicated 192 consecutive throws of the dice (384 die) with NO 4-pip appearing. I was stunned, totally. One other guy was also standing in back at the next table. He saw me, and beckoned me over... it turns out he was also checking rolls. He had nothing to report at that table, but I told him my count at my table. He was not astonished at all.
Basically he told me that there was something funny going on for 3 years (98-99-00). He had individual reports at some tables on the same night of stuff like 249 no-5's (thats almost 500 die), 164 no-6, 207 no-4. What he said to me was it was always the high pips shorted (4-5-6): he never had a report of a short 3-pip, 2-pip, or Ace. I told him to add 192 no-4 at the table at our left.
I did ask if most pits were involved, and his reply was this pit, and the one near cashier, that are almost always $5 min. Any table at $10 or more has had 3 reports, the other 78 reports were all at $5 tables.
Naturally, I played at $10 tables from then on. Never saw anything like the witnessed or informed runs of no-pip. Foxwoods on the other hand has been on my grey list for using slivered, and chipped-edge dice. I would only play when the table opened for the day and got action. Nights/weekends were not ever gamed.
Just my humble observations.

I played based upon reports of nothing unusual happening at the $10 tables, and I thought it was safer to play there, then on $5 tables.
I didn't see anything like what was reported or seen going on at the $5 smackdowns in question. If I did, Slim Chance and I are have a donnybrook to get outta town.

Koganinja Presents More Information On Biased Dice
What you are about to watch is a 15 part video series I put together which is my response to the yearlong controversy I unknowingly started because of the unbalanced dice videos I uploaded to YouTube. In this video series I will be presenting new information helping to prove the existence of unbalanced dice that Las Vegas casinos use on a regular basis. This 15 part video series will debunk and answer every question to the best of my ability every question and comment which has been thrown my way by every so called dice control guru and craps player and the craps playing community.
Over the last year I have been ridiculed, and bad mouthed by every so called dice control gurus and players alike; they have said I did not use the balancing caliper correctly in my first two videos and that I had no business teaching people as I knew nothing.
In this video series I will be presenting, true stories, book facts, new dice tests and AHigh's Epic Fail Live on the internet. If you are not familiar who AHigh is please allow me to explain. After I had posted my first two videos on YouTube showing biased dice, gentlemen named AHigh decided he would try to debunk my videos.
This is when the controversy really began to get going. A gentlemen by the name of HarlyHorn (aka Harley) who's website can be found here: http://crapsadvantageplayers.blogspot.com/ was the one who actually discovered biased dice. It was from his website that I found the information on biased dice which set me on my own investigation into biased dice, what I found was shocking, which is why I then made my first two videos. It was after that, that these two gentlemen got into crazy heated debates on the internet over my videos, HarlyHorn saying they exit and AHigh saying they don't. This having enraged AHigh, AHigh then told everyone in the craps world on the internet he was going to build an custom dice balancing caliper to prove to the world once and for all that NO BIASED dice exist! Go AHigh! As for me it was more of, OK let's see him do it. Months go by and AHigh has a custom build dice balancing caliper made by some ex-technician of Rolex and spending three grand on building costs. It was at this point he makes a video and tries again to debunk my videos. I myself never believed he proved nothing, if anything he just had not come across a set of biased dice, that's all. But to say none exist ever, yeah right! It was at this point AHigh sent his video to the craps community and becomes the Poster Child For NO Biased Dice Exist and all the dice gurus jump on his bandwagon. Go AHigh! Life goes on and I fall back into the shadows to do my thing and have fun. Then months go by and I'm sent a link to The AHigh Show on Ustream. I check it out for like 15 minutes and find I'm bored to tears and I turn it off so I can use my time to watch a movie instead. A week goes by and I'm sent another link by a friend again to The AHigh Show. I click on to watch as I'm doing other things I hear the words dice caliper, come to find out during the demo AHigh was doing a ton of 6-1 7 outs kept showing up. As per request by Harlyhorn who was in the chat too. AHigh agrees to bring out the $3000 caliper, I grab my pocket video camera to record the action. As faith would have it the dice in question come up UNBALANCED! It's at this point AHigh world comes crashing down around him! The Poster Child For No Biased Dice Exit has an EPIC FAIL live on the internet which you will see in this 15 Part video series. So enjoy the series and like I said before, believe what you will as I know, no matter what some see and are told some people will just not believe under no circumstances.
