lets say 10x odds.
you only do passline/come bets and have all the #'s with max odds.
a 7 shows, and the pitboss says no roll.
All the DONT players get paid, but everyone else's bet stays on the table.
Whats the house edge?

There is no way to calculate when one of the variables is a pit boss that randomly, and only rarely, decides to change the rule for that one roll.
