Before Katrina, a casino (Bally's?) in Tunica offered $0.25 with 20x odds.
What casinos now days offers $1 or less min with 20x odds or better?

Western village in Reno has $1 craps, as well as JANugget in Reno has $2 craps...western village is only 2x odds, Jan has 345x...

Currently, Resorts Tunica has $1 craps, but only 2x odds (boo!)
Best low/high combinations I've seen recently...
24-hours: Trump Plaza (AC) has $3 craps with 10x odds.
Early hours only: Horseshoe Council Bluffs has $3 craps with 100x odds.
