I can be rated at a $30 average...if I give them 4 hours of play this way, I will get $30 in comps
If I do this four times a month (that's 16 hours total) I can get $400 a month cashback ($200 each weekend I play; every other weekend)
This does not include the free Rooms/Events/etc
Am I at least getting a decent rate?
16 hours total of $5 3/4/5x pass-only
$520 cashback per month (for all intents & purposes comp is the same as cash because I'd eat while I'm there anyway)
Quote: TIMSPEEDIf I play $5 pass with 3/4/5x at all times (I mean every available come-out roll, not betting anywhere else)

Do you know for a fact they will rate your odds bets? Most casinos only use your pass line bet for rating purposes, since the odds bet is 0% house edge.

Yes, absolute fact.
Unfortunately it doesn't work out double for double...(ie: play $10
flat get $800 a month cashback)
I get that much in comps per SESSION...not to mention the cashback...i didn't realize just how good of a proposition this was!
At about 36.9 come outs per hour x 4 hours, you are looking at expected loss of $10.44 (36.9 x 4 x .0707) per session. Heck, PL with 3/4/5 odds is average action of $18.89 per come out roll, not the $30 that they are rating you.
Four times a month = $41.76 expected loss. Meanwhile, they're giving you $520. That's advantage play of $478.24/month.
Keep up the good work, and name the casino. I want that offer. It it's Seneca, I'm there.
Are you sure on that math? You must be in a hurry, you are too good at math to miss by that much.Quote: boymimboWell $5 PL has EV of -.07. A come out roll, on average, is resolved in 2.709 rolls (12/36 + 10/36 * 36/11 + 8/36 * 36/10 + 6/46 * 36/9). Even on a fast table at 100 rolls/hour, you are looking at 36.9 come out rolls... and name the casino. I want that offer. It it's Seneca, I'm there.
I do not have my laptop with me or the time to search, but I recall the 557/165 number being the average number of rolls for a pass decision.
I searched:
The Wizard shows: So the expected number of throws per round is 1+(2/3)*((3/12)*4 + (4/12)*3.6 + (5/12)*(36/11)) = 3.375758
That offer sure does sound way too good to be true.
Quote: buzzpaffMight just be an error. When Ameristar first opened in Blackhawk, my daughter always had meals for all of us on her card. This went on for over a year. Her mother would have 1 meal and she would have 6 or more . This was before you could swipe at a kiosk and you would tell the desk how many dinners you wanted. It was only whan an employee noticed she had so many dinners and hardly any cadh points that the meals disappeared.
No error...they just absolutely love their table games players, and the particular casino manager on the shift I play, doesn't sweat the money...i asked him long ago how I get $30 comp, and he said "give me $30 average for four hours"
So I played $5 with 3/4/5 and asked what my average was and he said $30...(obviously giving me the high side of 6/8 bets)
