Many craps players know that "back in the day" a stick call was sometimes made, which I never seem to hear today.
I often hear the hard ways bet on four "Little Joe," but never hear the stick announce "Big Dick" when hard ten shows.
Pity.
The possibilities are endless ...

I once heard a craps dealer yell "BIG DICK" but we weren't anywhere near a craps table :)
