Craps Question - Wincraps vs. Wizard Sim

I downloaded the Wincraps shareware simulator and have also played on the online craps simulator on this site. For whatever reason, the wincraps software seems to follow the actual probability #'s extremely closely, for all RNG seeds. For some reason, I feel I get way more randomness and better rolls from the online simulator on this site. Has anyone messed with Wincraps and had the same issue? It seems like every other god damn number is a 7. Thanks,.
