WinCraps Pro scripting capabilities assessment

Greetings,
I recently discovered this app & love the idea of being able to use scripts & auto betting to simulate & assess the outcomes of different betting strategies!
For those who have a good understanding of the capabilities & limits of the WinCap Pro scripting tools - will I be able to successfully create scripts that capture all of logic as defined in the General Betting Strategy & Conditions sections below? I just want to know if this is possible or not before I invest a large amount of time building & testing any scripts. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
General Betting Strategy
Initial bets
I start with a set pass line bet & then will bet PL odds, which will be a multiple of my PL bet, but dependent on which pair of numbers the point becomes established. 4&10, 5&9, 6&8 each get different odds bet sizes. I make place bets with predefined amounts on every # in the box (except the # of the current point). I keep all place bet winning leaving the initial bet still in play. If I should make my point and establish a new & different point #, I will adjust the place bets to account for the point # change (adding a place bet on the old point # & pulling down the existing bet on the new point #)
Phase 1:
I roll until I make 2 successful hits - made up from hitting my point or from any of the 4 inside place bets. I have completed Phase 1 & move to Phase 2.
Phase 2:
Reduce the size of all place bets to predefined values. Continue rolling, keeping all earnings as they hit & making adjustments to my place bets to account for any point # changes that happen. Continue until a 7-out is rolled.

Important Conditions
It is really important that the scripts are able to handle the logic defined in the following conditions appropriately.
#1 - Bankroll Loss Limits
Define an initial hard-stop loss limit for my bankroll. I will want that stop loss limit to move upward trailing along behind the increasing value of my current bankroll in winning sessions.
#2 - Roll Count Trigger conditions
I want to add roll count trigger points that will potentially change the size of my current bets to new amounts if & when the current roll count hits a couple of different points.
Example 1: if I haven't successfully completed Phase 1 after 4 rolls, I want to change my Place bets to the reduced amounts defined in Phase 2.
Example 2: After 7 rolls, I will potentially reduce all bets to new predefined amounts based on how much profit the hand has generated so far compared to the amount of the exposure I currently have on the table. I have 3-4 different different betting change outcomes that happen based on where the #s end up.
#3 - Cool Down Trigger conditions
I want to include 2 cool down triggers that will happen when
#1 - a hand hits a predefined number of rolls (ex: 16).
#2 - 2 really profitable hands in a row OR 1 extremely profitable hand (both have hard defined values). When these triggers are hit, I want the size of my initial Phase 1 place bets reduced by a sett % for the next 2 rounds / hands.
