I have found that my odds bets will not be counted in how comps are generated. I try to find low entry $10.00 and then get $100.00 odds. I try to get 2 come bets going at the same rate. However, it seems like only the $30.00 bet is counted, not the additional $300.
Would it be better to have a higher initial bet and lower odds bet to generate more "comps points" or just concentrate on lowering the house edge.
Thanks
They should just update the software to disallow betting both Red & Black in Roulette or Player & Banker simultaneous bets in Baccarat. But alas, CET properties will never learn!
Quote: 7NeverWinsMany CET casinos will not count electronic table games play towards either tier credits or rewards points! Probably to limit the Bonus abusers who Bet Both sides on either Roulette and Baccarat to come out even or down very little overall but get massive tier credits and comps for it.

That trick is so easily overcome with two players!

The electronic Individual Bubble Craps machines will not earn you any reward comps. In fact I don't bother to insert my Players Card into the machine. I would rather win $$$ than earn comps.
On my last two visits I won $500 and $800. Who needs comps.

You would be surprised at how often casinos make mistakes especially on promotions.
What might be true at one Casino isn't necessarily true at another casino. What might be true on one bank of machines at a Casino might not be true at a different bank of machines at the same Casino.Quote: FatGeezusQuote: 7NeverWinsMany CET casinos will not count electronic table games play towards either tier credits or rewards points! What might be true on one machine might not be true on the machine right next to it.
One might not be able to see points and comps being earned via the card reader but that doesn't mean comps are not actually being earned. While it's probably doubtful in the situation you were in, since you probably have plenty of experience there, there's a chance that you could have earned another $200 in free play.
Edit To add: What might be true one day might not be true the next day.

When I first started in Gaming we would never tell a patron what their comp balance was. If someone asked for a comp and they had the balance they would get it, you didn't want someone to know their balance because they would spend it all.

Correct, tier points are still being calculated(just not counted towards your TR card) and WIN/LOSS is certainly being tracked. So if you are someone who needs your 1099 to be one way or another, it is useful for that purpose.
And of course people who like watered down drinks or coffee with more sugar than Kool-Aid, you would get credited the $5 play through for free drinks.
