vig on wins in Nevada?

Any Nevada casino's that will let you pay vig on wins for either buy bets or lay bets? Doesn't have to be Vegas, Reno or anywhere is fine. But Vegas is good.

I believe the standard in Las Vegas is the vig for a Buy bet on the 4 and 10 is paid on the win, and the vig for a Buy bet on 5, 6, 8, and 9 is paid up front.
I believe most LV dealers have very little experience with Buy bets on the inside numbers. When I experimented making a Buy bet on 5 & 9 at a certain casino, the dealer charged the vig on a win. At my next session, another dealer charged the vig on a win until the boxman was present (the pit boss who didn't spend much time in the box) and asked the dealer if he took the vig up front.
