Two years back it was each I diviual bet so 100 pass 100 odds 100 numbers 100 hard ways etc etc. but each individual bet was separate and capped at 100
Some of the smaller Indian Casinos CAP PAYOUT on the Prop bets at $1200.
Quote: WizardofnothingNot sure- I would never play a prop
Why?
All the books and/or references say that props are sucker bets, however a well-rounded player should be aware of every option of the table, and know how to use those options to his/her advantage.
Not suggesting that props should be played on every roll of the dice, however there are certainly instances where props are an option (in addition to higher returns).

Any number a shooter repeats.
Any number from a shooter with a distinguishable pattern.

Promo's merely pay one for one.

Sorry, Don't get it?
Are patterns a taboo subject, or perception something not in the skill set of most players?
And on another note there are no so such things as pattern except in hindsight
Quote: mikes0805Are you saying that promo chips in Blackhawk pay even money bets? I ask because I am getting promo chips when I head there. I just got back from Ameristar in St Louis and their promo chips play just like regular chips and pay any prop bet, odds bet, 21's etc.
It may be so at Blackhawk, however the only promo chips I've ever seen are one for one.

I honestly don't mean to be impolite, however patterns (whether in wagering or life) exist. And may be perceived in advance as opposed to reviewed in hindsight. All one has to do is open their mind (and their eyes) to new experiences.
As to patterns on the Craps table?
I've no idea of your experience (whether day, weeks, years or decades), nor am I aware of what the 'regular players' at your local joint are throwing. As a result, it would be impossible for me to assume that you are seeing the same dice outcomes that I see on the tables at my local joint.
With all the above, there are certainly patterns on the craps table that may be perceived for the next roll, and I've cashed on them enough!
Guess We'll just have to agree that we disagree!
