I am not the brightest person at math and get completely confused when I attempt to figure out odds bet payouts. I realize this will probably be a short thread, due to others knowledge will quickly be able to answer my question.
In a 3x, 4x, 5x game, what is the payout on a $10 game betting max odds?
Odds Bet Point Pay Resolve
3x 30 4/10 2 to 1
4x 40 5/9 3 to 2
5x 50 6/8 6 to 5
Have only played craps 12 times and still trying to figure the game out. any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Bet = Passline bet, If I am wrong in how I framed my question please tell me.

It's designed to be easy: the odds pay $60 in every one of those cases (30 * 2, 40 *1.5, or 50 * 1.2). With your $10 passline bet, you'd get $70 when the passline wins.

Wait, I am confused. Are you saying that odds pay $60 at max bet in every case regardless of point being bet on? If point is 6 and I bet max odds, $50, I will win $60 if bet is resolved in my favor and a max odds bet when the point is 5 and the bet is resolved in my favor, I will win $60, on my $40 bet?

So if I understand it right, max bet on odds x pass line bet will always pay 6x pass line bet? Sorry I just really suck at math but really enjoy craps and wish to make better bets.

6x your base bet, yes. If you're playing the pass line bet. On a 3x4x5x table only (or one with greater allowable odds, but you bet with that pattern).
There's lots of other options, and I'm totally the wrong person to discuss them. But you have this correctly.

Yes, that's right.
4 & 10 pay 2 to 1, and you can put 3x your line bet on the odds. So, you'd place an odds bet of $30, and you'd be paid 30*2=60.
5 & 9 pay 1.5 to 1, and you can put 4x your line bet on the odds. So, you'd place an odds bet of $40, and you'd be paid 40*1.5=60.
6 & 8 pay 1.2 to 1, and you can put 5x your line bet on the odds. So, you'd place an odds bet of $50, and you'd be paid 50*1.2=60.
At a 3/4/5 table, the dealers will be very very used to making these payouts so errors should be very rare. If you just make the full odds bets, they'll get you paid right in the end.
