Does anyone have a sense of what table minimums have been running on normal weekends downtown theses days? I used to play downtown a couple times a year but I am heading back this weekend for the first time in four years, so my expectations might be way out of date. I assume that Golden Nugget is all $10 or maybe $15, but would somewhere like Golden Gate still have a $5 minimum on a Saturday night?

Just to start the answers rolling...
I haven't been in Las Vegas on a Saturday night since last May. Back then I played $10-minimum craps on Saturday at California, Downtown Grand, and Golden Nugget. My only visit to Las Vegas since then was in January -- I didn't get in town until Sunday and played $5-minimum craps that evening at the Four Queens.

Freemont 3 buck min craps
When somebody doesn't believe me, I could care less. Some get totally bent out of shape when not believed. Weird. I believe very little on all forums

$10 mins are pretty much standards on the Fremont St on weekends. You'll find more $5 tables off the Fremont Experience: Plaza, MSS, California, DTG, and El Cortez.

Just to follow this up, most downtown places were still $5 minimum on the weekend of 4/3/15 to 4/5/15. Golden Nugget was $10 during the day, and mostly $15 at night with an occasional $10. Everywhere else on Fremont Street was $5 all night all weekend. Plaza had very little traffic and $5 minimum, but the only open dice table was crapless craps, so I avoided it.

In all my years of visiting Vegas, I think the craps tables at the Freemont are the busiest in the city. No matter what time of the day, always a busy craps table.
I just stopped by last nite.
Empty. Not a single person playing craps at the Freemont. 1st time I've seen that.
Sad

I think my view is that this table is moreso sad full than empty.
