This is a book released a couple years ago. Has anyone (especially the Wizard) read it?
What is the system?
Does it work? (probably a stupid question)
Thanks!

I can field this one. 1+1+1 will never equal 4. In the same way, any combination of bets where you have an expected loss will never yield an expected gain.
Look at any system, and you will see that they may decrease variance, or even chances of winning- but in those cases, any true gains will be offset by greater losses.
There is no need to read the book, and if you do, it will just give you 30 fun, exciting, unique ways to wager your money against the house, that still has an edge.

From what somebody said on Amazon, it looks like the "30 combinations in your favor" are: bet the field, and place the 5, 6, and 8 (the 30 combinations are the 30 out of 36 that aren't a 7), and Martingale until you win.

Love the Amazon reviews, some good unintended humor - or was it intended?
