With Put bets dont bother with Passline on 5,6,8,9?

Now that Casino Royale allows PUT bets again (or so i heard), i decided to revisit that type of bet.

passline/come bets = 1.41% house edge

put 6/8 (6x odds)= 1.3% house edge
put 5/9 (10x odds)= 1.85%, 20x odds = .95%
put 4/10 (20x odds)= 1.59%, 100x odds = .33%

so if a casino allows put bets, then put 6/8 as long as it's 6x+ odds and put 5/9 as long as it's 10x+ odds? and have it always working since it has a lower HE than Passline?

ie: Just PUT inside #'s and forget Passline?

Passline with 20x odds = .1% HE, much lower than the .95% for Put 5/9.

Aren't you assuming that you'd have no odds on the pass, but odds on the put bets? The pass with odds has a much lower HE than a put bet with odds.
