my strategy:
after every hit, i press the flat bet 10%
ie: flat bet $8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,17,19,21,23,25,28,31,34
I sat down with $1000, and immediately hit 15 #'s!!
i won $675.
at 3/4/5x odds, the avg win with $8 flat is $56.
56 x 15 = $840
so if i stayed at $8 instead of pressing, i would have won more $.
so apparently a 10% press after every hit is too aggressive???
any other explanations?
edit:
clarified pressing the flat bet 10%

It seems like you took out the losses for what was left out on the table with your $675 win, but you didn't take anything out for the flat betting. You must have over $200 out on the table when that 7out happens that you aren't including.
I think that pressing is actually one of the least aggressive strategies. I assume pressing 10% means you just press the one that was just rolled 10% and not every bet out there.

i had at least $650 on the table when the flat bet was $25.
if i left it flat, i would have had $240 on the table.
'10% press' is pressing the flat bet 10%.
ie: $8 + 10% = 9, 15 + 10% = 17, 25 + 10% = 28
(Clarified my OP)
ahh.. i get it. i should count the $400 in additional $ on the table to the $ i won.
so i actually won $1075 but walked away with 675 because $400 of that was left on the table due to the presses.
but thats just it. i would have walked away with more $ if i didnt press.
thus the 10% press is too aggressive???
