I was looking at the Wizard's analysis of Cryptologic's Blackjack game here https://wizardofodds.com/online-gambling/cryptologic/ and was wondering if the payout tables take into consideration the fact that if the dealer is dealt a blackjack, the player is not allowed to draw on a pair of Aces for the bonus bet. In other words, if the player is dealt 2 Aces and the dealer has a blackjack, the player is paid the 2 Aces bonus and the hand is over...with no chance of being dealt 3 or 4 Aces.
I would also like to know how to calculate the number of permutations for all blackjack hands. Is this done through a combinatorial analyzer program? If so is there one available commercially or for free?
Thanks,
