I`m playing online so I canīt count cards. But playing 5 hands will show me 11 cards right away, and with a little luck I can see 20 cards when playing the last hand. If I change my strategy according to cards already used will that give me an edge.
Betting low on hand 1-4 and high on hand 5. ???????

That is called depth charging. In a 2-deck game, with five spots only, I don't think it is powerful enough to overcome the house edge in most games. As an educated guess, it would lower the house edge on the big bet by 0.05% to 0.10%. Still, if you're going to play anyway, it is a great idea.
