I noticed when I was looking for a decent game downtown that many bj tables had no mid shoe entry. I think Fitzgeralds had minimum bet only for mid shoe entries. Is this something that's becoming more common downtown? I didn't notice this last time I was there earlier in the year.

Minimum entry is only on single and double decks at Fitz. They don't even enforce it (usually)...

Actually, most of the Caesars properties also have a max set much lower than the posted max for Mid-Shoe entries (like $100 and only one hand). This is, of course, ironic as the games are all 6:5 and no respectable card counter would be found dead counting a game of such a nature.
