Black Jack in Chile?
Their blackjack, from my observation is mainly 6 decks, dealer standing on soft 17, no peek for blackjack (so you may lose splitting or doubling hands), with surrender available, double after split available except on AA which is one card only.
If you have the opportunity to go to this mentioned casino, give a try at their Big Baccarat tables, the ones that you can handle the cards. They have many of those tables at U$15 min which is almost impossible to find in the U.S!

Its almost impossible to find MiniBacc at 15. Table minimums of 20, 25 or 50. are quite common at Mini-Bacc.
I have been going to Las Vegas a long time .! I became interested in Baccarat at the Dunes hotel and casino years ago . It's the only game that you can deal the cards . You must get to the table before the first hand comes out of the shoe . Then you can call for a stand up game if majority of the players agree you then have what is called a stand up game . This means all the dealers total of three are now standing up . The shoe will move around the table and everyone can deal the cards . This is a great game and I am not sure if it's because of the pandemic or the casinos just don't desire to spend the money with the staff needed to run the game . . Just returned from Caesars Palace and to my disbelief the big tables have been pulled . Replaced with lot's of mini baccarat tables . I guess why I am so upset and will send a complaint letter to Caesars Palace is that this is a great game and gives players a chance to make money . It also let's you get rated and with a stand up game you can slow the speed of the game down . It's the best has the best odds of all the games ( big table Baccarat ) . It let's you meet people from all over the world including move stars and singers . I am not sure how to wright a blog though i will try . I desire everyone that has enjoyed big Baccarat to send a letter in to your casino and complain . This game must come back it a classy game and should be keep . I remember when they almost got rid of the poker rooms in Vegas till the move rounders came out and help bring it back . I was kinda shocked with my last trip to Vegas asking myself where has the class has gone ? The clubs inside some of the old 5 star hotels. They are letting woman come to there dance clubs in transparent night gowns going through the hotel like this . Now yes it's great to look at but where has the Class gone ? Then again 5 star hotels letting dogs stay in the room I am paying 500 dollars a night . It's just shows no class . Please if you ever payed big table Baccarat send a letter to your casino .

You seem to referring to chemin de fer. That game probably left Vegas in the 70's or 80's, if my history is correct. Since you seem to remember it, I'd like to ask you some quetisons:
1. What did they call said game?
2. What commission did the banker pay on wins?
3. What situations did either side have free will on?
