Help with basic strategy for some unique house rules

Hi ya'll. So using the Blackjack House Edge Calculator on Wizard of Odds, I've calculated the house edge for the house rules below. Is there any way to find a basic strategy table for this. It's a pretty unique set of rules so I've been scouring all over the web trying to find one to no avail. Any help will be greatly appreciated !

Number of decks of cards used: 6

Dealer hits or stands on a soft 17: Hits

Player can double after a split: Yes

Player can double on: Any first two cards

Player can resplit to: 4 hands

Player can resplit aces: No

Player can resplit aces: No

Player loses only original bet against dealer BJ: Yes

Surrender rule: Late

Blackjack pays: 3 to 2
