Normal house rules:
BJ pays 3 to 2
Six deck Shoe
Double on any first two cards
No double after a split
Split cards of equal value up to four times
Aces once (one card each)
Dealer hits soft 17
Rule Change:
Allow players to split any two original cards of equal value OR any two original cards 7 or below.
How will this rule change impact the house edge in Blackjack?

Is the ace counted as 1 for this purpose? For example, if A2 is 3 and A3 is 4, I'd split those hands if allowed...
