DDouble Down MadnessB

I’m in Vegas this week and ran across a Blackjack variant called Double Down Madness blackjack. You can double down on your first card against the dealers up card and at any other time during the game. Otherwise it plays like a standard blackjack game. Here’s the rules: 6 decks, dealer 22 is a push, suited blackjack pays 2 to 1, unsuited blackjack plays 3-2, no splitting, no surrender, aces receive 1 card, dealer hits soft 17. Has anyone seen this game or analyzed it?
