When I hand my Player's Card to the Pitboss at the table, can they see how much I spend on the hotel and shows? Do they care? Or do they only want to see my playing time and bets?
I go to Vegas once a year with the family and normally spend way more on shows + hotel etc... than blackjack.
However, for my next trip I wired in a bunch or money for blackjack. I try to play for fun at even money, drink, HiLo, DD high limit with a 1-4 or 5 spread. Low enough not to get backoffed as this has never happened to me. I like to play one on one for several shoes (even and -ve counts) and chat with the delaers/pitboss. I'm wondering if they see the family money I spend on other non casino stuff (looking at the players card) that will buy me some favortism at the blackjack table.
If not that's ok, I will just focus on acting like a gambler and not getting caught.

No, the pit people can only see your gaming play and how many points you have earned.
