This week on Casino King, he tries online BJ with the "NO HIT STRATEGY" then on another video tries the "DEALER HITS UNTIL 17 STRATEGY". He recommends don't try this at a real table in a real casino where you can get punched out or assaulted by other players.

What is the house edge for playing by the dealer's rules?

For player using the DEALER HITS UNTIL 17 STRATEGY, the EV should be calculated out. The only asymmetry between the dealer and player is on these two rules:
1. Player blackjack is paid 3:2.
2. Player loses a bust when dealer busts too.

Superstitions are silly, childish, irrational rituals, born out of fear of the unknown. But how much does it cost to knock on wood? 😁

And to think I got heat just for hitting a hard 16 against a dealer's 10 from third base in a 5-deck CSM game

If a player plays the DEALER HITS UNTIL 17 strategy, let me calculate the EV here. Consider a 6-deck Stand-17 game. The only asymmetry between the dealer and the player is on these two rules:
1. Player winning blackjack is paid 3:2. The probability of a player blackjack is 4.75%, and thus the EV gain from this part is
EV_1 = (4.75%-4.75%^2)/2 = +2.26%;
2. Player loses a bust when dealer busts too. The probability of a player bust is 28.2%, and thus the EV gain from this part is
EV_2 = -28.2%^2 = -7.95%.
Therefore, this DEALER HITS UNTIL 17 strategy results in a player EV of
EV = EV_1 +EV_2 = -5.69%,
which is slightly off from Wizards number of 5.48%.

I would love to see someone try and have me kicked off of third base. I would just bet the minimum and do whatever I think will piss them off.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

I've thought about going to the bank and loading up on 50 dollar bills
Will I have any issues buying into a table game with a 50
What reactions will I get :-)
I'm not superstitious at all
But
I like to toy with the superstitious
When somebody doesn't believe me, I could care less. Some get totally bent out of shape when not believed. Weird. I believe very little on all forums
