Downloaded some iphone apps, one of which is a blackjack game with different game rules.
One game, both the dealer cards are face up. To compensate dealer wins all ties except a natural blackjack. Blackjack pays even money, and you can only split once.

It's called Double Exposure and I've seen it in Vegas and Atlantic City. Depending on the rules which seem to differ greatly between properties, the house edge can range from less than .5% to close to 1%.
I've never played it but I have watched it and the players seem to enjoy it.
