Hi-Lo count to ReKo conversion?

So, for example, I'm trying to bet the lucky ladies side bet and the trigger count for Hi-Lo is true count +7. What would be the equivalent count in ReKo?

Norm has analyzed this in his outstanding BJ book Modern Blackjack. On page 219 he gives a value of +10 for 6D and +8 for DD:

I realize DogHand gave you an excellent post, but curious if the napkin math could get close as well:
+7 in high/low is "generically" around 3% player advantage. If you know what each of your ReKo numbers are worth, I'd assume around a similar edge?
