I was watching video clips of the dealer championships of 2008 in Europe.
The blackjack table required two bets be placed- had a red dot for one bet and a yellow for the second bet. It looked to be required and they used diffrent chips for the two bets- whats this about? Ive never seen blackjack that required a second bet... or was his simple the toke bet and everyone was in the practice of making it.. even if it was- is it normal for a layout to show you exactly where to place the toke?... it was in the same box as the main bet so it didnt look like a side/bonus bet.
I take that back at 1:10 you can see the table- and the little red dot for the second bet inside the same betting square- it looks like at this example only one person is playing it. I guess its just a layout diffrence.

There are actually three betting spots per seat. The two others are for players who play 'behind' and wager on the seated players hand. For more information :
