You joined in december of 2015 (literally over 6 years ago) and haven't made 1 thread or 1 post and your first question is which is obvious better? =D

Well, in any case, the wizard has a blackjack house edge calculator. Lots of plug and play options, have fun:

Playing it correctly means you've already won.

Romes link answers your question. Did you click it?

Stand 17 has less house edge. Neither has a player advantage as played with basic strategy.
The race is not always to the swift, nor the battle to the strong; but that is the way to bet.

Welcome back to the forum.

To the best of my.knowledge, Romes is a real player.

It is just mildly surprising to see someone return from a 7 year forum hiatus, but I suppose that if you didn't have questions to ask, not posting would make sense.

The edge calculators on WoO are pretty good. Be sure to note the strategy changes, and compare the penetration if that sort of thing is important. I think you may want to compare SCORE, not just HE.
May the cards fall in your favor.

Dealer stand on soft 17 is lower house edge.

But...

I lost, okay? How could you say "always"?
I tell you it’s wonderful to be here, man. I don’t give a damn who wins or loses. It’s just wonderful to be here with you people. https://wizardofvegas.com/forum/gambling/betting-systems/33908-the-adventures-of-mdawg/

I did click it…my main thought was maybe fewer decks would influence the stand on vs hit in this situation

ROMES answered your question. A simple "Thank-you" would have been more appropriate.
