Blackjacks, splits, and doubles, oh and not winning less than 45% of the hands.
The sessions where I win 60% of the hands are the top, the sessions where I win 25% of the hands are the blot.

Define 'Win'.
That game is ideal for recreation and you can tend to win and lose in almost equal measure. My Blog

If you aspire to make any significant ongoing profit, learn to card count and understand kelly criteria. Set aside a bankroll of say $100,000 and devote your life to it.

But seriously. The life of a pro card counter is a hard slog. There are many far better opportunities to take money from casinos. Beat the Marketing Department, not the game. If you are prepared to put in the time to learn card counting, you would surely put in the time to find a much better game or opportunity.

50% penetration is a non-starter for card counting. You might barely break even with a large spread and large variance.
also, this pen makes me think this is an online live dealer game, which is even less likely to be beatable with counting/ hole carding ...Etc.
You might look for promotions. For this, the best advice was OnceDear's: "Beat the Marketing Department, not the game"

Bet more on the hands you win, and less on the ones you lose. It isn't easy, but it can be done.
There was a guy I'd run into downtown that had it down pat. I was amazed he could get away with it, but the last time I saw him, his left arm was in a cast. I'm sure it was a co-inky-dink.
