RW Catskills BJ

Hi

Does anyone know the current blackjack rules at resorts world Catskills? Particularly interested in $25 &$50 tables.

Also do they still have a mask mandate for all guests and plexiglass dividers between table players?

While I haven't been there since the before times, they reopened their poker room this past Tuesday. (It's back upstairs in the original location).

At a time when many casinos elsewhere are getting rid of their plexiglass and mask requirement, they announced that the poker room is seven handed, with plexiglass and requires masks regardless of vaccination.

So I'd assume the BJ tables still have plexiglass and require masks.

I concur.

NYS is being very tough on the reopening. Plexiglass is everywhere.

Hello There,

BJ at RWC is as follows

1) 4 players to a table with plexiglass at Every table. Minimums range from $15-$25 on the floor and $50-$100 in the High Limit area.

2) Surrender is offered

3) Dealers Hit Soft 17 on the main floor and Stand on All 17s in high limit.

4) Blackjack pays 3:2 at all tables and Side bets vary from Kings Bounty(Two Card 20s) to Poker +3(3 Card Poker hands) and Blazing 7's Progressive Side bet for $5 a swing.

Masks are still required throughout the Casino and although there is still no waitress service, you now can bring in any beverage including alcohol and bottled liquids.

Thinking of making my first two hour plus trip to RW from Long Island.

Not certain. I generally go to casinos on a last minute decision. Only weekdays... Never Fri.-Sun.

My inquiry re RW Catskills is because of the easing of covid protocols in AC and Ct. I live equidistant from both.

Although fully vaccinated , as a senior I'm looking for a place where I'll be the most comfortable. I realize that could change in the coming weeks/months.
