Adaptive Basic Strategy

Hi! I have recently been trying to create an excel spreadsheet in wich to be abble to input the cards dealt through out the game so the probabilities for certain cards to be able to be changed automaticly during the game.
Can someone please help me get the formulas right? I am in disperation my brain is exploding. I am romanian so maybe my english is not the best :))
