Playing the free chip in Free Chip Blackjack

In Playtech's Free Chip Blackjack if you split one hand uses your cash, the other uses a free chip. Free chips are worthless on a push and get paid out 1x on a win.

If the dealer has a 10 or picture upcard all dealer busts are pushes (i.e losses on the free chip hand)
If you stand on a 2 card 17, you beat dealer 17.

Given this, what's the best strategy for the free chip hand against dealer 10?

Obviously you hit 16 or lower and 3 card 17s
Do you hit hard 18 or 2 card 17s? (Otherwise dealer has to end on 17 or it's a loss)
What about soft 19s?

Note the dealer hits soft 17, so my strategy there might not apply here.
(i) FreeBet logic for free splits (A thru 9 not TJQK) and free doubles on 9-11, including after splitting. You can cash double or split other hands. Max hands = 4.
(ii) Winning BJs pay 3/2.
(iii) 2 card 17s beat dealer 17.
(iv) Most other ties are a standoff.
(iv) 3+ card 17s standoff vs dealer bust.
(v) If Dealer busts starting with any 10-valued card, all non-BJ hands still in are standoff.

The analysis in that thread seems to assume a cash bet, where dealer bust on 10 is a better outcome than player bust or dealer high score. although not as good as in standard BJ. Would you be able to tweak it for the situation where dealer bust and push are exactly the same as dealer win, all having a zero value? The situation where the dealer has a 10 and I'm playing with the free chip is the one I'm trying to nail down the strategy for.

Infinite deck (given dealer does not have BJ) the chances of getting paid (assuming you don't get paid on any Bust by the dealer) my rough figures (i.e. a quick spreadsheet, so I haven't checked them) gives the strategy for the free money part (first figure is standing, second is hitting).

btw in regular FreeBet I've yet to achieve A9 v 6 on a free hand, having split 9s, which you money double!
