Depends where you live. I know for a fact at the Horseshoe in Hammond, IN, Harrah's in Joliet, IL and Rivers in Des Plaines, IL although the latter 2 are temporarily closed by Governor's order

An identical game called TriLux is offered in Washington.

The TriLux version is available here in MN, too. The only casino I know of that doesn't have TriLux still has over/under 13. So it's a win all-around...
