Hi,
I didn't find any word about this rules.
Dealer open card is "A" & ask players for insurance.
Q. Can player make any insurance during 3rd dealing round if he/she didn!t do it after 2nd on basic 2 cards? I mean after split on 2nd, 3rd or 4th two cards or double?
Thnx

The player can only take the insurance at that one opportunity when it is offered. Any further cards dealt is a case of 'no more bets' on that opportunity.Quote: robertbHi,

No , because its actually a side bet, to be placed at the start of the round. Also the most common BJ played in the US dealaer checks for a BJ before the first round begins so this isn't even a chance

The opportunity has passed. The dealer has checked for a 10 under his ace. There is no 10. If there was the round would be over. If you split your two cards after the dealer has checked, insurance would be unnecessary since you already know there's no 10 under the ace.
Although the casino would be smart to allow insurance at that point.
And some players would be smart enough to take it.

I see that we don't speak the same language. As you see I'm not from US.
In Europe most casinos running two tipes of BJ:
1st - face down dealing (one deck & two deck BJ). Here dealer start 3th round with two cards & MUST check for a 10 under his A!
2nd - face up dealing (four, six & more deck BJ). Here dealer start 3th round with ONE face up card. My Q. was for this tipe of dealing.
