Not in a standard Blackjack game, but in Spanish 21 it is offered.

NJ has the worst BJ regulations compared to nearby casinos in PA and NY that offer Surrender and Stand on Soft 17. If you want better options in standard BJ, go to Sands, Parx or Mt. Airy in PA.

When Hard Rock and Ocean opened, I verified by asking the dealers about surrender at their blackjack tables. Hard Rock offered late surrender at blackjack, but Ocean did not.

I don't play blackjack at those casinos, so I don't know if either has changed its surrender policy since then.
