You could lose 50 or win 50, or win nothing. BJ dollar machines seem to never let me get more than 3 hands ahead before rolling in the dealer always wins program.
In a shoe at a near full table, I'd plan on losing 13 or winning 7, and calling that a win/loss goal.
If I'm playing head to head with the dealer, I've gotta be prepared for much higher swings per shoe. I'd work with minimum bets until I got a few hands ahead and run up a progression that goes very high, maybe 30 hands ahead that could take me from a $60 session to a $1000 win goal!

My worst streak of losing hands, CSM game, ignoring pushes was 14 or might have been 15 and it hurt because I was progressivly increasing my wagers trying to turn about £490 into £500 online. Fortunately I was too chicken to actually full martingale. Starting wager was min bet of 1. I've had a few 14's and lots and lots of >10 losing streaks. 8 is pretty run of the mill.

my cvxc shows s17/LS RSA oppose to H17 DAS (ac rules) goes from a 5$ an hour to a whopin 20$ an hour.
my question is i have to play 60k hands to 600k hands to see these difference on each set of rules?
and either game can show more or less a profit of 5$ or well over 30 an hour in a short run of 8hour session or 1,000 hands?
im just trying to think of calculating bankrolls or hands?

I'm not a card counter (because a dealer busted me the first time I tried it decades ago - he dealt my cards face down instead of face up), so I can't tell you about how the counters set their bankrolls which is not normal whatsoever.
I think you've got to win up to 1000 times your base bet and make that your bankroll. People may have a nasty habit of losing 1000 hands, treading water for 10,000 hands, then winning those 1000 hands back while flat betting. If you can make the most of the upswings, it may cover the dozens of shoes while you're falling off a cliff.
So if I'm betting $15, I'd want a $15,000 bankroll, and good luck winning that first. Luck is quicksand and there's no plan of rescue.

As a percentage, the maximum number of bets that you can lose is 100%. If you are asking how many hands you can lose, as a number, the answer depends on how many other people are at the table since more players mean less hands for you.

well ofcourse i know i can lose 100% or 100 max bets in blackjack
but what i was trying to find out whats the most and least one can lose in a 8deck s17/LS heads up and 3 others? my feel seems to be 8 max bets on everage, but i have played shoes where 1 shuffle swallowed between 12 and 20 max bets, rare but it can happen and ofcourse no one would play if that was the norm
