Every blackjack table at the casino in Bregenz, Austria, seemed to have the C3 side bet. Other games, had side bets titled C4 and C5, which I'll analyze later.
Like the Lucky Lucky and 21+3, the C3 is based on the player's initial two cards and the dealer's up card. Please see my new page on C3 for all the rules and my analysis.
As always, I welcome questions, comments, and especially corrections.
The question for the poll is would you bet the C3 if playing blackjack anyway?

Someone is certainly patting themselves on their back for their cleverness when naming those event names.
But cleverness doesn’t overcome stupidness and this is a stupid bet. Pass.
On the other hand, I imagine this bet is countable, but I wonder if counting would give enough to overcome that huge house edge.

Superstitions are silly, childish, irrational rituals, born out of fear of the unknown. But how much does it cost to knock on wood? 😁

I think they use a continuous shuffler anyway. Otherwise, I'd use a simple red/black count. There isn't enough return in the aces and jacks to fuss with muddying the waters to pay attention to those ranks.
