Its official. I quit
When the market went down this year (negative variance) I kept playing and bought. I didn't like the bad variance... I didn't want the bad variance... I might have even blamed the Chinese ;-) But if there was more bad variance I would have bought more and kept playing.
When the market was going up, I was pulling money out of a risk position slowly. Between that tactic and normal income sources (ie my day job), I had the bank I needed to keep playing.
I did not occur to me to come here and rant. I guess I could have even been angry as the market kept going up up up that I was pulling money out because I was not maximizing profits, but I chose to hedge and allow myself a play to make a move on a dip.
Last thing... When I tilt I 1) go home 2) get drunk and 3) think about what I've done and what I'm trying to do. I recommend Buffalo Trace... It's reasonably priced, delicious, and works every time. I also consider German beer. I really don't need anyone to emphasize / sympathize with / for me. I think ZK has an emotional trait where he seeks empathy / sympathy...
PS. This board is not good at giving empathy / sympathy. Too many math people.

Finally, I'm not challenging the rules, but 14 days for a f bomb on the internet seems extreme. I realize it's at least the 4th time and there were multiple warnings... But what's the limit? How many more f's until it's nuke time?
I recall one member being nuked for threatening a members life on this board. I'm generally curious how many f bombs are equivalent to 1 death threat.
I don't know how many it takes. I was going to make it 7, but if I had, that would have been flouting the Wizard's Martingale rule (which I skipped a step once already), so I felt obligated to increase it to comply. I am trying to balance the rules application with some regard to the severity of the infraction, with being fair to all, not just ZK. Your comments, though they disagree with my decision, are appreciated.

Because he apologized you think he should have leniency? How about people he has shown full disregard for management and the posted rules. If someone can't control themselves to follow basic rules then they should be nuked. Life isnt this hard.

In my opinion, people in the 2010s Internet get bent out of shape too much. Way too much PC (Political Correctness) has seeped in. I hear conspiracy theories all the time from real-world APs. Casinos are ALWAYS cheating them... ZenKing is like 95-99% of all APs - (1) overbets his bankroll (2) doesn't take downswings well. (3) needs to learn strategies from dealing with "tilt"
One of my first strategies for dealing with "tilt" was "Don't play anything for 2 hours".
Another was "leave all credit/debit cards in car".

ZenKing is fairly normal. I never ever lose 10% of my bankroll anymore in gambling (only in the stock market). I started stock investments just after Black Monday (-22.6% in one day,. 1987). These days, I do not like high variance when significant percentages of my bankroll are involved.
I'm NOT SURE how badly I would "tilt" these days if I lost 10% of my bankroll in casinos.
Losing 1% is ok, and losing 2% causes a slight tilt.
Losing -11% last week in stock market was ok. No "tilt". It was a buying opportunity.
But I don't have the stomach for Bitcoin. $20,000 -> $6,000 -> $10,000. Forecasts for end of 2018 are $0, $5K, $20K, $50K, and more....

I paid double my mortgage this past month with stupid little slot plays (i.e. not counting ANY other AP'ing, which was bountiful)... and my first keno play ever =). If you can't figure out how to make money easily inside a casino, then casinos probably aren't the right move for you.
