playing $25 on spanish21 with H17, perfect BS (no redouble)
Playing $3 on each of the two match the dealer side bet (5 decks, non suited pays 3:1 suited pays 13:1)
the casino is offering a promotion where if you get a suited matched high card (A, K, Q) you get an additional $25 bonus
if I just sit there and play basic strategy would this be a winning game?

You mean a perfect pair T or above? I.E. TsTs, QhQh, KcKc? The value of that is roughly 5/13 * 1/52 * $25 or not very much

The promotion is worth an average of approximately 18.6 cents/per hand. Using your $25 wager on Spanish 21 as the basis, it reduces the house edge by about 0.74%.
So many better men, a few of them friends, are dead. And a thousand thousand slimy things live on, and so do I.
