Optimal Strategy with 0% edge?

I was wondering what is the best strategy when facing thoses conditions :


0% House Edge Black Jack Rules:

House peaks for a Black Jack (like an American Black Jack)
4 decks (all decks are reshuffled after every hand)
Dealer stands on soft 17
Player can double on any first 2 cards
Player can split to 4 hands
Player can split aces
Player can hit split aces
Player can surrender and get back half of his bet
Black Jack pays 3:2
Min. bet limit: 0.2 EDG
Max. bet limit: 5 EDG

I can't get 0% using the Wizard calculator

what does the Wiz calculator say the edge is?

and I guess the casino hopes to makes $ only by player mistakes?
I guess no loyalty/tier card program?

since I can't link a website here is what I put:

"Number of decks of cards used: 4
Dealer hits or stands on a soft 17: Stands
Player can double after a split: Yes
Player can double on: Any first two cards
Player can resplit to: 4 hands
Player can resplit aces: Yes
Player can hit split aces: Yes
Player loses only original bet against dealer BJ: No Yes ??????
Surrender rule: Late
Blackjack pays: 3 to 2

If I put Yes to "Player loses only original bet" I get 0.0483 edge
what did I do wrong?

I don't know exactly what EDG is but I'm guessing it's a way to sell a crypto currency. You lose as the price falls ( https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/edgeless/ ).

Yes EDG is an altcoin like BTC, ETH
it's the crypto currency itself
you lose as the price falls but you win as the price raises since it's a bull market (not as we speak)
it's gambling in gambling you could say

Maybe 0 edge with a FAIR deal!

Well there's staking with EDG. All people who hold EDG and stake it will get part of the profit. Staking typically means you lock them into a smart contract and can't use or withdraw them for a set time period. That's the best reason to pick some up on this dip, IMO.
