I tried to find out myself but could not do it.
So here is the side bet in Austrian casinos:
Rules are: no peak on hole card, S17, Double on any, DAS, RSA, continuous shuffler.
The bet is based on the first 2 hole cards and the first dealer card.
3 red cards pays 4:1
3 of a kind pays 50:1
3 jacks in black pays 200:1
3 aces of hearts pays 300:1
What is the house edge of this bet?

The house edge would depend on how decks are used for the continuous shuffler.
I get 10.86% for 6 decks and 9.83% for 8 decks. (I assumed the pays are based on "to 1" and not "for 1.")

Thank you for your fast response.
Yes, it is "to 1", not sure how many decks they use, sure at least 6.
