Lastly then go ahead and tell me how much the average person works in a year. 2000 hours?

Stay at home moms and veterans with 20 years (which can start at age 37) put zero hours per year into the workforce. Including full-time students, people with disabilities, season workers, the independently wealthy, et cetera, the average person of working age only puts in between 1000 to 1200 hours per year.

Yea keep misleading everyone by saying 2k in the 'last year' when in fact it was just 235 hours. Also it hasnt even been a year, its been 10 months. Go ahead and let everyone know how much Ive made in 1065 hours, then get back to me. Its obvious youre trolling me at this point just to get a reaction, but im 2 smart for any shenanigans. Lastly then go ahead and tell me how much the average person works in a year. 2000 hours? Wow apples to apples comparison for sure. Im just chilling playing part time these 1065 hours.

The govt uses 2087 hours/yr for full time employment.

Yes or no question. Did you gross $3,000 in 2016 playing blackjack, according to your meticulous records.
You moved here and play less than ten hours a week while arguing twice as many hours.

Full time workers with benefits put in 2088 - (your vacation time - stat holiday time - sick time - training time) = about 1800 hours a year.

I probably put in close to 2100 hours a year but my job isn't a grind. It's something I enjoy very much. But your efficiency at 7.2 hours a week (235 hours over 37 weeks) can be matched by someone with a full time job and commuting to Reno / Tahoe every weekend to binge out 15 hours on the weekend.

It's official. Vegas is finally happening. Booked my apartment/hotel stay and put up the deposit. Since I will be leaving in May and the weather is decent throughout most of the country, it looks like im taking the direct route and avoiding the corrupt cash seizing cops in oklahoma and texas. Still not sure if I want to go through Utah or Colorado as there could be some snow possibly, but ill decide when it's time for that. For those that i havent annoyed enough yet, i thought it was worth it to update you guys with another thread of my Vegas departure status. Hopefully i dont run into some horrible variance in the next 2 weeks or perhaps just not play at all and wait for the trip.

I managed to get to a 61k bankroll and it looks like ill be well funded going into this 'adventure'. Rent is going to be $800 a month(All utilities included in price) and around $300 a month for fuel(driving) and $300 a month for food, so about 16k in expenses for the year. For bankroll risk purposes i will play to a 50k bankroll and assume about 8k expenses(6 months of blackjack play) as that should be a good conservative estimate of being 'ahead' from my blackjack play, especially since i plan to play and grind out A LOT of hours. Will keep my max bet at no more than 2x300 at big strip casinos and 2x200 at off-strip casinos as i want to try and fly under the radar as much as possible. Will show my max bet once and be out the door. Maybe add in an additional wong-in, but no more than 2 shoes per session as most casinos need 3 shoes to figure out your play. I also plan to hit up 9 stores each day. Each session in the long run should equate to about 45 minutes max with this criteria and should help me fly under the radar, or at least i hope so. Of course i got other tricks up my sleeve to manipulate the pit bosses, but ill refrain from posting about it.

2500 miles to go. Now only if i could find some good sized 'shoes'.

Was your plan no good or did you simply fail to execute it properly?

I think the question should be, what does ZK do with the extra time? Is it somthing that makes him happy or will eventually lead to him making more money? If so, all is well. If he is just jacking around with his spare time at a young age then he may have a problem in the future.

He has been studying law, which is a very lucrative field. He also made it to the top of the world in the field of video games. Others who reach that level earn millions from their skills. Unfortunately because he is cursed, he will forever be struggling to find ways to cut expenses to the level of minimum wage workers just to survive. Maybe one day he’ll pay the $200 or so it takes to get the curse removed and take his rightful place alongside the other most talented people in the world

Has to do with averaging not just leap year, but where weekends fall relative to the calendar year, over a 30 year career, which is standard fed hire to retire span.

If a year had 364 days it would be 2080. The extra day and a quarter is what has them add the 7 hours.

I'd consider a Roth under two assumptions. 1) ZK is relatively young and 2) a withdrawal of principal after 5 years might be nessissary.

Contributions (aka principal) to a Roth IRA can be withdrawn at any time, no restrictions. There are some 5 year rules that relate to rollovers and qualified withdrawals of earnings after age 59.5. But if we're just talking about contributions, you can get at them any time.

It's confusing for sure, here is one article I pulled off the internet, lots other out there that go in to more details:
https://www.rothira.com/roth-ira-withdrawal-rules

I hadn't really considered it, but a Roth is a good option for an AP. I wouldn't keep my primary bankroll there, but would do some calculations based on the variance of the games I play and put some funds there that I probably and hopefully wouldn't need to tap, but could if I run really bad.

Any private business open to the PUBLIC (ie. droned out casinos) cannot have a criminal trespass enforced against an individual without GOOD CAUSE (Disruptive or Disorderly conduct). You will never go to prison for being thrown out of a casino for legal advantage play and then returning because it's simply unconstitutional 'as applied' to the individual. 'As applied' constitutional issues must FIRST be raised in DISTRICT COURT (trial court) to have it thrown out. You CANNOT raise it on APPEAL This is the best kept secret in the world of casinos not just in Vegas but everywhere in the country. Thank me later.

That would make sense since I heard the prisoners have been on strike for a while.

It takes all different types of people to make the world go around. It would be pretty boring if everyone was of the same mindset. The good thing about this community is its diversity. I haven't met anyone that is not decent. Well maybe one or two💩🤔.The cast of characters here would make for one hell of a story. Negative online opinions are only there to be overcome in person.

Look out cause here comes some free advice.

Walk in the sunshine, watch for the bright sun,
Be all those things you're able to be.

You got to listen to the heavens, you got to try to
understand,
The grateness of their movement is just as small as it
is grand.

Try not to hurry, it's just not your worry.
Leave it to those all caught up in time.

You got to deep-six your wristwatch, you got to try and
understand,
The time it seems to capture is just the movement of
its hands.

I ain't preachin', 'cause I don't know
How to make fast things move along slow
I can't stop it, can't make it go.

Just 'cause I say it, that don't mean that it's so, no,
no,
Watch what you hear now, make sure it's clear now,
Just 'cause it's said that don't mean that it's true.
So all we say:

You got to make a revolution, you got to help me with
my cause.
You got to burn down all the buildings, you got to
throw out all the laws.

I ain't burning, Lord, I'm still only learning
How to become a man of my own.

Just want to find out what's right and what's wrong.

I ain't crazy, all the world keeps on turning,
I'm still trying to find out what's right and what's
wrong.

I ain't crazy!

I literally spent the last 4 or 5 days reading this thread and am thoroughly disappointed with how this ended.
I joined specifically to comment here. With all the hoopla about cheating casinos, stacked decks, paranoia, etc. I was legitimately excited for the last few pages only to see huge gaps in the time frame.

I hope ZK is doing well after his last post and FWIW, I'm mid twenties also (Thought I read he was around same age somewhere back there) and can remember the feeling of being the best and everyone wanting me to fail also.

Fortunately I matured and realized that I'm not the greatest thing since sliced bread and that attitude turned people off. Hopefully he has as well.
