Quote: AxelWolfI know people can tell you have logged on within the last 24 hours, I didn't know it left a time stamp when you logged on(I also thought there was a way to turn that off). I get that someone could see that you had not logged on yet and then narrow the time down once you did log on. I'm not sure how it works if you remain logged on and just lurk.
I know BBB did it because people were concerned, so it's no big deal.
But, I can see how someone might get pissed if somome mentioned you opened their PM, especially if it's the staff telling others.
TBH, Axel, I debated whether to say anything, since he didn't reply or post. I gave him a couple of hours. But I didn't reveal any content, was vague about the timing, and it didn't appear I was covering new ground in saying that much, though I haven't posted like that before.
We don't often get suicide notes. People were worried. I felt it was justified, since I had said I would update here. I'm done with flogging this particular horse.
And, no, I won't be reporting your comings and goings.

You don’t have to be a mod to see if someone opened your PM. It tells you the time/date it was read in the outbox.
Yes, I know this.Quote: gamerfreak??

Let's say you send me a PM. For some reason(like you have been stalking me) I avoid opening it. Later on, you ask me why I didn't open your PM and ask me if I was avoiding you. I say, no, I just didn't look at any PM's today. Now BBB announces I opened her PM today.
Do you get where I'm going with this? It's only between the 2 people sending and receiving PM's as far as who did what and when.
As politically incorrect as this sounds ( f##k it,who cares, I’m Aussie) he needs to be given a good flogging behind the back shed. At the very least one of his crew needs to give him a good slap in the mouth.
I should also say this as well, in my opinion I would have thought that perhaps the site administration has a duty of care to perhaps pass on the personal details, phone numbers, addresses etc to relevant authorities to just check that that young man is
A) ok and not about to engage in self harm.
B) not about to do something as terrible as recent events in Vegas ( I assume that’s his location) etc.
Yes it’s not a nanny state and yes I think beachbumbabe has done the morally acceptable course of action here. But I would hope and I’m sorry if zenking and others think it’s an invasion of privacy that you have done more, ie notifying the authorities
I’m sorry beachbumbabe, in a perfect world you (and other administrative staff) should not have to be imposed upon, but in situations such as this one it may be prudent to to act. This really should not have to be your responsibility, but unfortunately because of others lack of responsibility and respect, it’s fallen into your lap.
Perhaps not to let the rest of forum know publicly your course of action, as I’m sure someone will flip their switch, re privacy etc, but we all should be aware that any site you interact with has your personal details as such, and by participating on this site, you cannot cry foul re privacy, if you do don’t post.
I , myself , really do value my own privacy AND I equally respect others privacy, if not more so than my own.
Kind regards
And frankly I would rather respond to a "call for help" then learn that the dude killed himself.
So here's my remark to ZK. Go home. There are plenty of people in your age bracket who are dealing with the same situations (no job after graduation, living in parents house, etc). My brother lived at my parent's home until he was 38. Alot of people wouldn't financially reckon with Vegas. I wouldn't.

My bad, I thought you meant she was somehow using mod privileges to track and report his whereabouts. I think the suicide threat (serious or not) counts as an extenuating circumstance, but to each their own.
You have to have a titanium gut to pursue AP tactics, especially when CC'ing is the only method you're employing.

Good job now you just cost him money. Now he can't eat or drink in a casino so he will have to start paying for food.

The Venetian poisons food.

Has anyone ever noticed they sell condoms and preggers tests at the 99 cent stores? I would assume you should just pick up a pregnancy test along with the condoms.
That's 2 of the 3 things I wouldn't dream of buying at a 99 cent store. The 3rd one is any kind of steak.
Perhaps BillRyan can test the other 2 for us (-;

No. I exchanged PMs with him, as did others. PM rules mean I can't discuss content or plans. But he's not back home East.

That seems more like "spoiled rich brat job interview" than "millennial job interview."
Here... Watch, listen, and learn before just jumping to calling someone a "millennial" and assuming you know about their lives just because of what year they were born:

TLDR: People are people. Young people today are similar to young people 50 years ago and 100 years ago.
Then again, I do know some millenials that are, essentially, the complete stereotype and epitome of a millennial.
Do you pronounce "epitome" as "epi to m" or "epi ta mi"? Word always pisses me off.

What a coincidence. I only read this word for years, never heard it in conversation, so got it wrong when I used it in talking. Very embarrassing given who I was talking to at the time. Think it's the only word I severely mis-pronounced in a situation like that.

You just won't find someone as good as me that runs as bad as me. Meanwhile you got all these other counters who go on GWAE that all talk about how wonderful their positive variance has been and how 'lucky' they've been. Either these guys are all frauds like Ben and Colin from blackjack apprenticeship and everyone just lies about their earnings or like I've said for months since I got here, I'm cursed or getting cheated, it's one or the other and there's no other option. I play a flawless perfect aggressive game and I still can't win. It's actually getting to the point of nausea. No wonder everyone who comes here to count moves on to other AP plays, it's because this mob ridden city rigs their games. The reason they back you off is simple, it's not because they're scared of you making money off them, it's to perpetuate the scam to not let you play long enough to know they're cheating you.

The only possibility is that you were perfectly hydrated and well rested. The two things the mob hates.

I've done well at Paris and cant play there for the time being due to inept management that are brain-dead. You also played double deck where they show you the cards. Good luck to anyone playing at Planet Hollywood, Harrahs, Caesars, NYNY, and Cosmo shoe games. All of those places stack the deck with 4s and 5s. Seems to me I cant find one person who has counted successfully at las vegas shoe games. What a coincidence. Mob ridden rigged garbage.
