In regular blackjack there are many such as:
Split 9s against 7 at TC 3+
Double 9 against 7 at TC 3+
Stand 12 against 3 at TC 2+

I've looked for hours for everything related to blackjack switch and can't find any kind of hit deviation chart for Blackjack Switch. It doesn't seem to exist. If there's no chart, then is there a way to manually calculate the deviations?

yes. you program a computer to play blackjack switch, then simulate millions of different TC 2's and then compare the return from hitting, standing, doubling etc. rinse and repeat for TC 3s to TC 12s.

I believe Casino Veritas and other simulation programs available for purchase have the ability to switch game types and run these kinds of sims for you..
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

The real question is who would even bother learning an incredibly complicated strategy to beat BJ switch when BJ itself is so much easier and you probably already know how to beat it.

Lots of reasons...

Variation games such as Switch, Free Bet, and even Spanish 21 are often treated as Carny games in the sense that they just don't even "check" for people beating the game. They don't consider it blackjack and know it's "different" and that no one probably knows how to play it.

There's been plenty of times when you walk in to a casino to count cards and the best game (by far) in the casino is actually the Spanish 21 game, or one of the other BJ variants. However, without study and knowledge of how to beat these games properly, normal counters simply don't attempt them.

Learning these different games is the same as giving yourself more options when you walk in a casino. More options for better conditions will drive more EV, of course. There's a LOT of value in learning these games, potentially. After that, it also comes down to passion. Perhaps the OP isn't trying to be a full time AP, really enjoys BJ Switch, and just wants to learn how to beat the game and have some fun doing it.
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

Not sure if there's a different count for BJ Switch (ie: different EORs). That's probably the first place to start, figuring a counting system for the game.

Basic Strategt to begin with is complicated for BJ Switch, because there are so many different combinations, and order matters (8,9 is different than 9,8). Sometimes you'll make a switch so you can get a double down or split and other times you may not, due to what the other hand would be. (ie: Maybe 8,9 & 9,T vs 8? What about 6,9 & 9,T vs 8?) Then of course, the nuance that is the differing strategy based on the TC. So it's not quite as easy as looking up the Ill-18 for regular BJ and memorizing something like "hit 12vs4 at TC < 0" (or whatever it is for HiLo).
