Basic strategy for Asia casinos

Thanks Wizardofvegas for helping the players with load of information. Now I need serious help for Basic Strategy and advanced strategy, some useful advise for Asia casinos. These are the house rules,

6 decks (continuous shuffling machine)
Four cards (number10) were removed form each deck,
so total (number 10)24 cards were removed from table
and play with 288 cards. Put the cards bask into machine after each hand
Blackjack pays 3 to 2
Dealer hits soft 17, hard 16
Double after split allowed
Only one card allow to hit for split aces
Double on any two cards allowed
Only one card is allowed to hit for double
Surrender allowed
Split more than two hands is allowed
Tie is allowed between dealer and players
Bet range: $25$-5000
Could you please give me Basic strategy and some advise for Card counting for these house rules.if there is any big impact on house edge due to these rules. Please let me know if I can use the same strategy you provided.

I'm not really a big time counter, in fact, i am just starting out but it seems that

1. You're starting out with a true count of -4
2. You're playing CSM, depending on the machine, you could do low pen counting which I think most APs won't even bother.

As for basic strategies, you better ask someone who's more knowledgable than I am

The card removal stunt really makes that a pretty bad game. Your best strategy is to either not play or just play a few hands at min bet for fun. Unless you can aggressively wong in or out, you are destined to lose. Counting is stymied by the use of CSM.
Find the strategy card that nearest fits those rules and write across it in big red indelible felt tip:-
"Do Not Play Where 10s removed!!!"

The best advice is avoid the game and forget about trying to get an advantage. CSM with a normal BJ is barely profitable.

The strategy here is possibly fairly close, except you'd tend to hit/split more in that game due to the various 5-card and other bonuses 2-cards. https://wizardofodds.com/games/spanish-21/
