I'm looking to clear up some confusion generated from two different basic strategy engines online:
Wizard of Odds Calculator (Rules: 4 or more decks, Stand on S17, DAS allowed, Surrender on any upcard, dealer peek)
This shows to surrender on 15 vs. T and 16 vs. 9, T, A and if surrender is not possible, you should always hit.
Blackjack Info Calculator (Rules: 6 decks, Stand on S17, DAS allowed, double any two cards, late surrender, dealer peek)
This recommends the same surrender rules, but if surrender is not possible you should Hit on 15 vs. T and 16 vs. A, but stand on 16 vs. 9 and T.
Any thoughts on which one is correct for a 6 deck game?

I tried to post the links, but they aren't coming through, even when using guide on the "formatting codes" page.
Anyway, the two sites are wizardofodds.com and blackjackinfo.com.

When I put these rules into the bjinfo engine, I see that if surrender is not possible, you should "hit" on 16 vs. 9 and T.
By the way, click on "Quote" below to see what the blackjackinfo link looks like.

Choose late surrender instead. It looks like the link you have has "no surrender" selected. Try this: bjinfo engine

Oh, okay. When I choose "late surrender," the engine says to surrender but hit if surrender is not possible 16 vs. 9 and A, and 15 vs. 10. But it says to stand if surrender in not possible 16 vs. 10.
16 vs. 10 is a borderline play (the EV difference between hitting and standing on 16 vs. 10 is very small.) Some basic strategies for it say to stand on multi-card 16s vs. 10, so I guess blackjackinfo is using that strategy idea.
