If I know the house edge of a specific infinite deck game how much do I need to add to the result to get the 6/8 deck game?

I maintain it doesn't matter, since you can't play an infinite deck game.
May the cards fall in your favor.

The infinite deck house edge is 0.511734% for these blackjack rules: S17, split to four hands except aces, double after split, split aces receive one card each, and player loses original bet only vs dealer's blackjack. (See this Wizard page.)
And for the same above rules for eight decks, the Wizard's blackjack edge calculator gives an optimal house edge of 0.43096%. The difference between the infinite deck edge and the optimal 8 deck edge is 0.511734% - 0.43096% = 0.08077%.
To get the approximate house edge for any set of rules, I would calculate the infinite deck house edge and subtract 0.08% from that result to get the 8 deck edge. (And for the 6 deck edge I would subtract 0.11% from the infinite deck result.)
You can check this approximation on your own by calculating the infinite deck edge for a particular set of rules and subtracting it from the answer from Wizard's blackjack edge calculator.
