Awful penetration (4 out of 6 decks).
ES10 is an awesome rule. (Early Surr vs 10 only.)
NDAS sucks, but I don't think is too bad. At least you can double any first 2.
The $70 to $1,000 game might be profitable / wort it. I don't think a 1-10 spread would be worth it. I don't feel like simming the game, but with 66% penetration...bah! 1-14 might be worth it, but again, I doubt it.
If you can wong-in, then it's playable, but would be a long and slow grind.

RS's thoughts are pretty close to my own.
From a rules stand point, S17 is better than I am normally able to play by .21 and NDAS worse than my normal at a cost of about .14, so that is a little net gain. Late surrender is an option that I have on some games and don't on others (I wouldn't play this game without it). The late surrender option is worth about .07, but significantly more to counters, who surrender more with their larger bets out. The ES10, which I don't know how much is worth without looking it up, also is worth more to counters. So the rules would be a decent gain from many games in my regular rotation. :)
The 1-14 spread of the VIP games is fine with me. I normally spread 1-16 or 1-12 depending on tolerance levels, so that is fine.
The big problem is the 66% penetration. Normally I would not consider such penetration. My bottom minimum is 75% for shoe games. If I was to consider playing a 66% pen game, I would probably spread more aggressively than my normal limits which I couldn't do here. :(
But, the idea of playing without heat issues, is very appealing. Something I don't get to do. :)
So, all things considered, I would go ahead and play. I would still wong out aggressively, taking breaks and starting and ending my sessions, based on counts, which would help some. It would still be a grind, but I'd give it a go. :/

Just because they can't kick you out doesn't mean they will let you count undisturbed. Best to not be too obvious.

Very true. Good point and one that I know well, having worn out my welcome several years ago in AC (a location that can't bar or ban players), but still made conditions unplayable for me. :(
